• Notification Data: Discord webhooks, Slack URLs, or email addresses where you wish to receive alerts.
• Technical Data: IP addresses and browser information solely for security and fraud prevention.

How We Use It

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Providing the embassy appointment monitoring service you subscribed to.
• Generating customized document checklists for your CRBA application.
• Processing your subscription payments securely via Stripe.
• Communicating critical service updates or security alerts.

Data Retention & Deletion

We believe in data minimization. Sensitive personal data related to your application is kept only as long as necessary to provide the service.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Dashboard settings.

Security

We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit. Our database is hosted on Supabase, which employs enterprise-grade security protocols to protect data at rest.
