CRBA Monitor (crba.app) is a private, non-governmental document assistance service. We are not a law firm, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of State or any other government agency. Our $19.95 fee is for software and document preparation assistance only; it does not include official government filing fees. You can obtain official CRBA forms and information for free directly from travel.state.gov.
Service Description
The $19.95 monthly subscription fee covers the use of our digital preparation tool and automated monitoring system to help you organize your Consular Report of Birth Abroad application. This fee is for our private assistance and is separate from any government fees paid to the Embassy.
No Legal Advice
CRBA Monitor provides a software-based preparation tool and information tracking. We do not provide legal counsel, and our staff are not attorneys. We cannot guarantee the outcome of your application, as final decisions are made solely by U.S. Consular officers.
Refund Policy
We offer a 24-hour refund window for new subscriptions if you have not yet used the monitoring tools or generated a customized checklist. After this period, subscriptions are non-refundable but can be canceled at any time to prevent future charges.
Limitation of Liability
CRBA Monitor is not responsible for embassy technical failures, application rejections, or changes in government policy. Our monitoring service depends on public calendar availability which can change without notice. In no event shall CRBA Monitor be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our tool.
