CRBA Tracker (crba.app) is a private, non-governmental document assistance service. We are not a law firm, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of State or any other government agency. CRBA Tracker is free to use; any donations are voluntary and do not cover official government filing fees. You can obtain official CRBA forms and information for free directly from travel.state.gov.
Service Description
CRBA Tracker provides free access to our digital preparation tool and automated monitoring system to help you organize your Consular Report of Birth Abroad application. Use of this service is entirely separate from any government fees paid to the Embassy. Donations to support the project are optional and voluntary.
No Legal Advice
CRBA Tracker provides a software-based preparation tool and information tracking. We do not provide legal counsel, and our staff are not attorneys. We cannot guarantee the outcome of your application, as final decisions are made solely by U.S. Consular officers.
Refund Policy
CRBA Tracker is free to use and does not require payment. Donations are voluntary, one-time contributions to support the project. If you'd like to request a refund of a donation, contact us at support@crba.app within 24 hours and we'll be happy to help.
Limitation of Liability
CRBA Tracker is not responsible for embassy technical failures, application rejections, or changes in government policy. Our monitoring service depends on public calendar availability which can change without notice. In no event shall CRBA Tracker be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our tool.
